Eligibility: Mixed age, income within required limits - below $33,720 for one and $38,520 for two (60% of area median income).
Fees: Flat rent; not income-based. Rents are $580-$775, depending on size of unit.
Intake Process: Call for application, or stop by to fill one to fill out guest cards. App fee $25
