Fees: Accepts Special Assistance. Assisted Living: Semi-private room, $1,989/ month; Private room, $3,060/ month. Special Care: Semi-private room, $3,978/ month; Private room, $4,978/ month.
Intake Process: FL-2 form, medication order, and medical history required. TB skin test as a requirement prior to admission

Program Description:
60-bed assisted living facility, including 31-bed special care dementia unit, which provides custodial care. Most clients are on Special Assistance. There is a waiting list for assisted living beds. Services include laundry, housekeeping, medication supervision, nutritious meals, assistance with personal needs, and social/ recreational activities. Transportation to medical and recreational facilities provided.
