Eligibility:
Fees: Flat fee of $20-23.00 per hour, with 4-hour minimum visit. Daily live-in rates available. No additional charges for nights/ weekends/ holidays.
Intake Process: Call to schedule a free initial in-home safety assessment.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency offering private duty services from companionship to CNA level care. Includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation in caregiver's or client's car, errands, medication reminders, etc. Care is available up to 24 hours/ 7 days per week, under supervision of a RN on a private pay/ private insurance basis only. Does not provide services under Medicaid or Medicare. All caregivers have a minimum of 5 years experience, and are bonded and insured. Supervisory visits are made on a weekly basis and caregivers are personally introduced. Proof of liability insurance provided September 2013.
