Hours: Office: Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM; 24/7 on-call
Eligibility: Must have Medicaid, private pay, Long Term Care Insurance or VA Benefits
Fees: Private duty CNA: $20.00/ hour with 3-hour minimum; Chore/Companion/Homemaker: $19.50/ hour with 3-hour minimum. Live In $275.00 per day

Licensed home care agency offering Medicaid PCS, CAP, VA and private duty aide services. Companion-level care also available; private pay only. Weekday, evening, 24-hour, and live-in care available. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to private pay clients only. Proof of liability insurance provided 2014.
