Eligibility: Must be 55 or older, with income below $33,720 for one or $38,520 for two people (60% of area median income).
Fees: Rents: $800 for one bedroom; $920 for two-bedroom.
Intake Process: Call for application. $30 application fee and $300-400 deposit.

Program Description:
Senior apartment community with 120 "cottage-style" (one-level) apartments with front porch and patio. Clubhouse with hair salon, fitness center, arts and crafts room, etc. Water/sewer/trash service included in rent. Emergency response system in each unit at additional charge. Washer/dryer provided in each cottage. Small pets (under 35 lbs) allowed with $150 pet fee. 120 one- and two-bedroom units with 15 fully handicapped-accessible units.
