Fees: Hourly rates: $22/hr with 4-hr minimum per visit. Live-in rates: $305/day.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing non-medical, personal care services, companion services and limited nursing care. Agency specializes in 24-hour and live-in care. Private pay and private insurance accepted; no Medicaid or Medicare. Aides are allowed to provide transportation to clients. Proof of liability insurance provided October 2013.
