Eligibility: Must be age 55 or disabled; and income below $33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two (60% of area median income). Some units have lower limits (30% or 50% of area median income.)
Fees: Rents range from $232 to $650 per month, depending on income and size of unit.

Program Description:
Affordable senior housing with 64 units in a 3-story building. One- and two-bedroom apartments available. Residents must be age 55+ for most units. 6 units are targeted for people with disabilities and include accessibility features; residents who qualify for these units may be under age 55. Complex offers a community room, library, fitness center, social/ dining area, screened porch, garden plots, and an elevator. Located off Poole Rd and Sunnybrook Rd on the east side of Raleigh near WakeMed. WAITING LIST: Currently 2 years for 30% units; 6-10 months for the rest.
