Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM; evenings and weekends by appointment
Eligibility: At least one member of household must be age 62+; call for health and financial requirements.
Fees: 100% refundable entrance fee; monthly fees cover utilities, taxes and maintenance.
Intake Process: 10% deposit reserves home for later move-in date.

Not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in western Cary, for those age 62 and older. Based on the "New Urbanist" model, this community includes both homes and selected businesses, as well as providing personal health services and other amenities.
