Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM; 24/7 on-call
Eligibility:
Fees: $20-24/hour. Based on outcome of free assessment. 2-hour minimum per visit.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing personal care aide services and companion services. Medicaid, LTC, VA, and private pay accepted. Evening, weekend, 24-hour, and live-in services available. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients (excludes Medicaid). Agency has liability insurance, and aides are bonded. Proof of insurance provided 11/14/2013.
