Fees: Private pay: $17-18/ hr with 2-hr minimum, for both CNA and companion/ homemaker services. Medicaid/ PCS accepted.
Intake Process: Call to arrange free assessment. Need medical authorization.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing personal care aide services, as well as companion/ homemaker services. Accepts Medicaid or private pay for personal care aide services. Companion services are private pay only. Weekend, evening, 24-hour, and live-in services available. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to private pay clients only.* Proof of liability insurance submitted 3-25-2016
