Fees: Rents range from $2,318-$4,155 depending on size of unit (add $650 per month for second person). One-time community fee equal to one month's rent due at time of move-in.

Program Description:
Independent living rental retirement community offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Meals are provided in a common dining room. Housekeeping, linen service, utilities (except phone), basic cable, activities, emergency call system, and scheduled transportation to MD appointments and other errands are included in rental fees. Doctors Making House Calls is on site twice a week. Hands-on care by the facility is available through a home care agency. Also, PT, OT, ST and medication management are available. Small pets are allowed. No long-term lease or buy-in fee required.
