Program Details
Eligibility: Private pay, LTC and private insurance; VA and Medicaid
Fees: $21 per hour for CNA and companion service w/ 3 hour minimum. No charge for initial assessment.
Intake Process: Call for information and to set up initial assessment.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing skilled nursing, personal care aide and companion services. Accepts Medicaid for PCS and CAP, also LTC and private insurance and private pay, VA Benefits accepted. Not yet Medicare-approved. 24-hour, evening, weekend, and live-in services available. Companions are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Proof of liability insurance provided 10/30/2013.
