Program Details
Hours: Transportation hours: Monday-Sunday, 5:00AM to 11:30PM to request a trip; Office hours: 6:00AM to 5:30PM
Eligibility: Ambulatory or non-ambulatory. Fees can be billed through passenger's agency (if applicable) for Medicaid billing; or ANY passenger who can be financially responsible for their transportation.
Fees: Typically $2 per mile. Per mile rate is $1.75 after first 50 miles. Wait time is billed at about $20/ hour.

Program Description:
Professional transportation company offering individual rides or shared-ride system. Pricing is negotiable (per case situation). Special needs vehicles available for wheelchair access, seeing eye animals, etc. Also offer large vans for 10-13 riders, cars, and limos for special occasions.
