Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8AM to 5PM; Friday, 8AM to 4PM
Eligibility:
Fees: Private duty $18-$22/ hour, depending on time of day and level of care. 4-hour minimum per visit.
Intake Process: Call for evaluation.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency offering private duty nursing/ skilled level of care services from LPNs and RNs. Offers private and Medicaid-funded personal care services, as well as private pay companion services. Also accepts long-term care insurance and VA funding. Agency carries liability insurance and aides are bonded. Proof of insurance provided 11/14/2013.
