Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing personal care services under Medicaid or private pay. Services available daytime, evenings and weekends. Can provide 24-hour care. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Proof of liability insurance requested 11/14/2013,11/21/2013 and 2015.
