Program Description:
Nonprofit 501(c)3 caregiver support center providing information and referral, resource library, caregiver training, support groups, and individual caregiver consultations. As of 2015, Guiding Lights partnered with Transitions LifeCare and became Transitions GuidingLights, but maintains a separate office.
