Program Description:
Licensed home care agency offering personal care aide and companion services. Accepts Medicaid or private pay for personal care aide services. Companion services are private pay only. Representative states that this is now a Medicare-approved agency, and offers skilled nursing and hospice services. As of 05/08/2017, does not appear on Medicare website home health agency list. Weekday, evening, weekend, and 24-hour services available. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Proof of liability insurance provided 10/30/2013.
