Fees: Accepts Medicaid, state-funded sliding scale for non-Medicaid clients, private pay services for those above the sliding scale.

Program Description:
Managed care organization which coordinates public mental health, intellectual/ developmental disability and substance abuse services for the citizens of Durham and Wake counties. Does not provide treatment services, but contracts with a network of private providers. Individuals and families seeking services should call the Access and Information Line, which can provide: * Telephone assessments and enrollment of individuals for mental health, intellectual/ developmental disabilities and substance use/addiction services * Information on community resources for mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities and substance use/addiction * Crisis intervention by telephone or arrangement of an emergency face-to-face clinical assessment related to a crisis * Referral for services to Alliance’s local network of providers.
