Hours: Office: Mon-Fri 9-5, 24 hr on-call
Eligibility:
Fees: 1-2 hours, $60 flat rate. $30/hr for 2-3 hour visit, $20/hr for more than 3 hours.
Intake Process: Call for free initial assessment.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing personal care aide and companion services on a private pay/private insurance basis. Evening, weekend, and 24-hour care available in addition to weekdays. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Agency carries liability and worker's compensation insurance; proof of insurance was provided in September 2013.
