Program Description:
National nonprofit program providing discounted hearing aids for people who qualify based on income. Eligible participants pay approximately $760-1400 for one digital hearing aid or $1290-2400 for two. Several brands are available. Price includes fitting and follow-up visits. Exam billed separately. Application is available on website. AUDIENT was founded by the Northwest Lions Foundation and is a nonprofit organization. Applications are processed by EPIC Hearing Healthcare, a for-profit hearing benefit management company with a network of participating providers and suppliers.
