Eligibility:
Fees: $16-25/hour for CNA or companion. 2-hour minimum per visit.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing private duty and Medicaid personal care aide services and companion service. Daytime, evening, weekend, 24-hour services available. Aides are not permitted to provide transportation. Agency has liability and workers compensation. Proof of insurance provided 11/14/2013.
