Fees: Basic system is $19.95/month with no annual contract. Cell-based system is $29.95/month. Two-way pendant and other upgrades available at additional cost.
Intake Process: Call for in-home installation by a local installer. $45 installation charge.
Service Area: Wake County for in-home installation. Can mail equipment to other locations.

Program Description:

Personal emergency response system. Basic service includes two-way speakerphone system and small waterproof pendant. Basic system has an alarm that sounds when the pendant is used, until the monitoring center responds. Two-way pendants and cell-based system are also available, and these do not have an alarm sound. Compatible with landline and cable/DSL telephone systems. Monitoring is provided through Safety Care (home-based system) and Avantguard (cell-based system).
