Eligibility:
Fees: $22/hour for companion or CNA, with 2-hour minimum visit. Nursing services $90 per hour

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing companion, personal care aide, and private duty nursing on a private pay basis and Medicaid nursing services. Weekday, weekend, evening, 24-hour, and live-in services are available. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients in client's vehicle with appropriate insurance; additional fee applies. Agency has liability insurance, verified May 2014.
