Eligibility: Age 62+. Income must be below $32,220 for one person; $36,780 for two persons; $41,400 for three persons; $45,960 for four persons.
Fees: Affordable rates:1 BR-$585-635; 2 BR-$690-715. No application fee during initial lease-up. The 30% units start at (1) Bedroom $357 and go up to $635; 2- BR 30% units start at $429 going up to $715.
