Eligibility: Income must be below $45,000 for all subsidized units.

Program Description:
Apartment community offering a total of 292 units. 145 of them are subsidized, with 44 units set aside for seniors age 62+ or disabled (majority of these units are on the ground floor); and 101 units for people working at least 35 hours/week. The remaining 147 units are market rate. Managed by Raleigh Housing Authority.
