Program Description:
The YMCA offers various programs for senior adults including low-impact aerobics, water exercise & strength training classes, and walking. The YMCA also collaborates with community health agencies to provide periodic health screenings such as blood pressure and bone density. Most programs are free for members, and non-members can participate in some programs for a program participant fee. Seniors can volunteer at the Y in a variety of ways.
