Program Description:
Independent living rental retirement community. Must be age 62+ and in fairly good health. Assessment required by nurse. Usually do not accept residents with mental confusion. $750 application fee. Rates include utilities (except phone and cable), full kitchen, housekeeping, 24-hour security, laundry facilities, group activities, scheduled transportation, and meal plan of 2 meals per day. RN on staff Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for minor monitoring. On-site home health services available through Retirement Home Care, Inc. Security guard on staff.
