Program Description:
Nonprofit organization offering a variety of services for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders. Services include information, education, and referrals, individual and family counseling, a network of support groups, a lending library of books and videos, community workshops and caregiver education conferences for family and professional caregivers.
