Program Description:
Offers educational programs and literature on lung disease. Sponsors Better Breathers' Club and other support groups such as smoking cessation, asthma camps, and school programs. National web site at www.lungusa.org has an A-Z directory of lung diseases. Respiratory Therapists and Registered Nurses who can provide information on lung cancer, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, allergies, and environmental health staff the Lung Health Line.
