Program Description:

Healthcare facility offering various levels of care. Has 30-bed Medicare short-term rehab specialty unit, and 90 beds certified for Medicare/ Medicaid long-term care. Also has 30 assisted living beds open to Special Assistance recipients. May accept patients with dementia, depending on level of care.
