Program Description:
Accredited Medicare/ Medicaid-certified home health care agency. Provides skilled nursing, home health aides, PT, OT, ST, and medical social workers. Also offers specialized nursing programs such as cardiac care, diabetes care, pain management, wound care, infusion therapy, oncology and psychiatric services; includes providing education in the home. Provides home health aides only when skilled services are also being provided. No private duty home health aides -- if client needs CNA only, will be referred elsewhere. Does NOT offer companion-level services, live-in, 24-hour care, hourly services, "bed and bath" service, or transportation. Can provide weekend and evening services.
