Program Description:
Medicare/ Medicaid-certified home health agency providing home health aides, nurses, PT, OT, ST, and medical social workers. Also provides private-duty aides, RN's, and LPN's. Does NOT provide Medicaid PCS. Does accept certain insurance. Aides are allowed to provide transportation to clients in client's car with a signed release. 24-hour care is offered, but live-in services are not available. Requires a 4-hour minimum visit.
