Licensed home health agency providing nurses, PT, OT, ST, and aides if skilled services are also being provided. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. No PCS in Wake County (PCS via Goldsboro office only), no companion or aide services unless skilled services such as nursing or PT are also being provided. Service area is within 50 miles or 1 hour from Garner, per home health regulations.
