Program Description:
Medical information and identification service. Offers a bracelet or neck chain with an emblem including a personal ID number, significant health facts, and a phone number to a 24-hour Emergency Response Center where the individual's name, primary health conditions, drug allergies, physician and family contacts are stored in a secure database.
