Program Description:
Home health agency providing RNs, LPNs, CNAs and companions. Provides Medicaid PCS and CAP services. Accepts private insurance, Medicaid and private pay. Aides are allowed to provide transportation to clients. Live-in services are available. Can staff 24-hour, evening and weekend care. Minimum 4 hours per visit. Offers "Bed and Bath" visits (private pay). Complimentary RN/LPN assessments. Accredited by JCAHO.
