Program Description:
Affordable housing for seniors (age 55+). 36 units. One and two-bedroom apartments. Income must be below $26,200 for singles and $29,950 for couples. Two rent levels available, depending on income; rents range from $420-$545 depending on income and size of unit. Pets are allowed if under 25 lbs; one pet per apartment, with deposit and pet fee.
