Program Description:
Physician practice offering both office and home visits. Patients may file for reimbursement by their insurance company. Medicare and Medicaid claims cannot be filed or submitted for reimbursements. Flat rates: $45 for office visits, low costs for lab work (80-90% less than standard lab costs; e.g. full cholesterol panel only $25). Cost for house calls varies depending on distance, starting at $100. For $300 per year ($25 per month) patients can have office visits for only $20 including most common labwork. With this plan house calls are only $25 each. This practice sees a lot of Medicare and some Medicaid patients, but they must pay fees as above out of pocket. Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Brinson, is accepting new patients.
