Program Description:
Nonprofit organization (501c3) offering geriatric care management for elders and their families. Geriatric Care Management services may include advocacy, assessment, facility evaluations, coordination of resources, and supportive counseling. Fees charged are based on clients' income. Also includes COPE Enrichment, an Animal Assisted Activities/Therapy program. Pet Therapy classes & certifications are provided and volunteer teams will be matched with local facilities and individuals in need of canine companionship. COPE Enrichment is an Affiliate of Delta Society's Pet Partners Program.
