Program Details:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (closed daily from 12:00-1:00pm for lunch) Open Saturdays, 9:00am-12:00pm

Eligibility: Uninsured working families ages 15 and older with incomes less than $25,000/ yr

Fees: Fee charged for each office visit, based on income. Typically $10-$40 per visit.

Faith-based medical ministry established to serve the uninsured working families in Wake County in need of affordable primary medical care. DOES NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE AND MUST BE A WORKING FAMILY, WITH NO MEDICAL INSURANCE.
