Program Description:
Senior-focused housing consultant working exclusively with people age 50+, providing real estate services for buying and selling homes. When working with an older client who is selling a home, provides comprehensive assistance in evaluating other housing options such as moving into a retirement community, senior apartment or assisted living. Also helps senior homeowners decide if it's best for them to make home adaptations in order to age in place versus moving into other senior housing. Also has a network of other senior-focused professionals to whom makes referrals for other services such as home repairs and adaptations, move management, long-term care, care management, etc.
