Program Details
Hours: Office hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Eligibility: Must meet income restrictions; pass credit check and criminal background check; and have good rental history.
Fees: Rent for two-bedroom units, $633 or $660; three-bedroom units, $686 or $740.
Intake Process: $35 non-refundable application fee per adult plus $200 holding fee which becomes part of deposit if applicant is accepted, and is refunded otherwise.
