Fees: Rents: 1 BR $425-630; 2 BR $495-750, depending on applicant's income and size of unit. $25 application fee.

Affordable senior housing complex for those age 55+. 56 one-bedroom, and 16 two-bedroom units. Located near downtown Cary (near corner of High House and Old Apex Rds). Owned by DHIC. Offers on-site laundry and storage spaces, exercise rooms, game rooms, computer lab, and library; access to community green and clubhouse with exercise rooms and swimming pool. This building is part of a mixed-income planned unit development consisting of townhomes and condominiums, family apartments, and apartments for senior citizens.
