Program Details
Eligibility: Income limits for affordable units: $28,000 for one person or $32,000 for two (50% of area median income).
Fees: Rents for affordable units are: one bdrm 30% $365- 50/60% $665; 2-bdrms 30% $425; 50/60% $715; 3 bdrms 30% $480, 50/60% $785. Rents for market units are: $910-1,250.

Program Description:
Mixed age affordable housing complex. 80 units. Offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. 64 apartments are available to households that meet certain income limits, while the remaining 16 apartments (market units) are open to all qualified tenants. Handicapped-accessible units available. No pets. DHIC property, managed by Drucker and Falk. Located at the intersection of E. Davie and S. East Streets, two blocks from Moore Square in downtown Raleigh.
