Program Details
Eligibility: Must be age 55+, and have income below $33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two. Some units may have lower limits. Minimum income restriction: must make at least $10,950.
Fees: Rents: 1 bedroom $380-625; 2 bedroom $449-750. Rents vary depending on income and size of unit. $25 application fee.

Program Description:
Affordable senior housing for those age 55+. 80 units with one and two bedrooms. Part of the DHIC Highland Village complex. This building is part of a mixed-income planned unit development consisting of townhomes and condominiums, family apartments and apartments for senior citizens. The complex offers amenities including on-site laundry and storage spaces, exercise room, game room, computer lab, and library; access to community green and clubhouse with exercise rooms and swimming pool. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Small pets allowed.
