Program Description:
The mission of Disability Rights North Carolina is to protect the legal rights of people with disabilities through individual and systems advocacy. Investigates claims of abuse, neglect and exploitation of any person with a disability regarding education, accessibility to programs/ services, and community inclusion. Where appropriate, provides legal representation to persons with disabilities who have experienced discrimination.
