Eligibility:
Fees: Accepts Medicaid, private pay, and most private insurance, but not Medicare. Call for private duty rates.
Intake Process: RN will do free initial assessment to determine appropriateness.

Program Description:
Licensed home health agency providing private duty, Medicaid PCS and CAP aides, as well as companions, LPNs and RNs. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to private pay clients only. Evening, weekend, 24-hour, and live-in services available. Accredited by ACHC. Company has provided proof of liability insurance coverage for property damage or physical injury to clients (verified 2014).
