Hours: Office: Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM; Clinic: Mon-Thurs, 8:30 AM - 8 PM
Eligibility: Low-income, non-pregnant adults residing in Wake County with no access to private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid
Fees: $20 administrative fee for doctor visits.

Program Description:
The Open Door Clinic specializes in providing primary care to patients with chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, and gastroenteritis. The Clinic has an on-site pharmacy, and all prescriptions are provided for free.
