Program Description:
2-1-1 is an easy to remember, three-digit telephone number that connects people with community services to meet everyday needs and the immediate needs of people in crisis. 2-1-1 agents use a database of information to provide referrals to local governmental and nonprofit human services agencies. Dial 2-1-1 to speak to an agent at any time. The call is free, confidential and available in any language. Database may also be accessed online or via iPhone or Android mobile apps.
