Program Description:
Medical clinic offering comprehensive neurological and cognitive evaluations of individuals with memory disorders and other cognitive difficulties. Clinic physicians specialize in working with patients with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia, and other forms of dementia. Physician referral is required to make an appointment.
