Program Description:
Nursing facility and rehab center with 95 beds. Private rooms/ suites available for sub-acute patients. Has 19-bed transitional care unit for patients needing rehabilitation services after a hospital stay. Medicare/ Medicaid accepted. Short-term respite is available on a case-by-case basis.
